Below is a small excerpt from The Heathen Code. Full access to our bylaws, policies and codes, are only available to official Heathen associates:
Bylaws
Members must be 18-years old or older to hold a patch.
Microphones are mandatory.
Instagram, Discord, and PS Party are mandatory.
No discriminatory comments, hate speech, or racism.
No excessive egos. Toxic behaviour in-game or online will not be tolerated. Be mature.
Hierarchy must be respected and obeyed at all times. Respect is earned and must be shown to members.
The Heathen Ideologies must be followed. These are brotherhood, loyalty, respect, honor, and dedication to MC culture and GTA 1% ways.

In-Game Conduct
You must only be apart of our MC Rockstar Social Club crews.
No member should ride alone.
Look out for a brother and work as a team.
Members must not kill each other maliciously or on purpose, unless in training or consensual.
Club business should not be shared to anyone outside of the club. If you are told something in confidence, keep it that way.

1% Code of Conduct
Members must always be in free-aim mode.
Chopper / bobber / cruiser / tourer / muscle style bikes must be ridden at all times.
Members must play with honor and carry themselves in battle as a Heathen.
